Devices

The desktop app does not ask for your password. It signs in with a device confirmation:

1. In the app, open the Account tab of the settings and choose to sign in.
2. The app opens a confirmation page in your browser with a short code.
3. Check that the code matches the one in the app, sign in on the website if asked, and approve.
4. The app is now signed in on this machine.

Each machine you approve is a device on your account. If the app says you are signed out, repeat the steps above. If the confirmation page does not open, see Sign-in needed.

Your devices are listed on your dashboard on the website, with when each was last used. Choose Revoke to sign a device out.
